(04/06) Zach Souser : hmmm this is a toughie, i hope im allowed to try more than once!! id say that because shika had a 2/3 chance of survival or death when he chose his scroll, and failed, that with my current choice giving me a 1/3 chance of survival id keep my scroll to keep my risk of it being a bomb to 1/3 rather than 1/2
simplified: 3/3 chance at first, i pick one shika picks one, we each have a
1/3 chance of being right or wrong. he was wrong, now i have my choice of
1/3 probability of it being a bomb, or i can switch and increase those
chances to 1/2 cuz theres 2 left. ... its kinda hard to explain, and i hope im right...

(04/06) Josh Klindienst : I would keep the scroll I have. Shikamaru is trying to make me second guess myself because he knows my selection is the correct one. Even if I am wrong, there is a 50% chance I will have the non-exploding scroll.

(04/06) Tyler Murphy : The choice dosent matter because both scrolls wont explode, unless the exploding one is opened. All that was asked to do was chose a scroll that wont explode. The scroll wont explode unless it is opened and you dont have to open it. As is says in the Q.

(04/06) Greenbaum : A friend of my son's told me about your challenge with the scrolls. I would not change my scroll, but if I were able to bet whether of not my scroll would explode I would want to raise my bet, once Shikamaru had one of the other
scrolls explode.
